Jo Haynes has over 17 years of office management and customer service experience. She graduated from University of Missouri, Kansas City with a degree in communications. Her background includes office management, program coordinator and accounting.

As the Property Manager, Jo is responsible for the daily management of the buildings, responds to tenants' requests and supervises our maintenance staff. She is in charge of accounts payables/ receivables and helps to manage the office.

Adriana Rodriguez has over 6 years of experience in the Customer Service field. Her background includes Office Management, Sales and Financing.

Adriana is the office manager and is also part of the property management team. She is responsible for daily management of the office, Tenant access requests and HVAC issues. She also helps with monthly Tenant charges and invoicing.

Mari Rodriguez has over 10 years of experience in the Customer Service field. Her background includes Office Management, Sales, Financing, Development and Leasing.

As the Leasing Manager, Mari handles all aspects of leasing from showing, to negotiating and signing. She controls all aspects of marketing from finalizing all designs and budgeting for the year. Mari assists Mr. Setork with new development projects and also helps to manage the DynaCom staff.

Ali Setork has over 25 years of real estate experience. He has a Ph.D. in Engineering/Mathematics, a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. He has taught in various universities in Illinois for over 20 years.

Mr. Setork is responsible for planning, database setup and updates, all computer support, expansion projects, management in general, all the legal work, doing all the design and architectural drawings for our tenant's improvements, lease preparation, lease renewals and invoicing to the tenants.

Mina Setork has over 20 years of real estate experience and has a Real Estate license. She has a Masters degree in Computer Science/Business and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Mathematics

Mrs. Setork is responsible for overseeing the marketing and leasing, overseeing A/P, developing leases, and developing all the service contracts and renewal of contracts. Mina finalizes negotiations and signs all of leases.

In addition to our permanent staff, we also have several full-time and part-time employees who see to the maintenance and repair of the buildings.
