DynaCom Management had a vision. The DynaCom Management Team noticed  that most office buildings were still designed and built with a traditional mindset. They realized  that  21 st century office users needed a work environment that provided all available business tools to each office desk in an integrated fashion. Though most offices can provide fax lines, LAN, Internet access, ISDN   lines, T1 Lines , Voice mail, etc., in most cases these services are not  offered in a  package.  The DynaCom Centers are designed to bring all these hi-tech features to each desk in a neat, integrated design.  For the last 14 years,  the DynaCom Team has worked diligently  to eliminate design and construction flaws present in most office buildings. They remarked  that with merely a  small amount of attention at the time of design and construction-- most problems associated with HVAC, electrical, lighting, communication, plumbing, etc.-- could be avoided. With all this in mind, the DynaCom Centers were born.

The DynaCom Centers' project management team is highly educated,  professional, and very familiar with all the new office technology. The  hi-tech advantages are two fold, benefiting both the tenants and the management. These hi-tech  features accord additional perks to tenants. Management features  bring   more control of the building to the management desk. For example, rather than  walking to each tenant's suite and reprogramming each individual thermostat  from heating to cooling, we can sit down behind a computer in the  management office and reprogram them all! The same concept applies to: changing site light timers for daylight savings, reading utility meters to bill the tenants, changing the door locks and entrance door's automatic locking.
